Presentation

An 89-year-old male with a significant history of urological disease initially presented to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2020 for management of metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). In 2025, he developed urinary incontinence due to erosion of a previously placed artificial urinary sphincter (AUS). A nephrostomy catheter was subsequently placed, during which multiple urine cultures revealed multidrug-resistant organisms.
